NEW YORK, N.Y. --

If Lindsay Lohan is considering a restraining order against her father, it’s news to Michael Lohan.

“It’s all lies,” Michael told Access Hollywood on Friday. “None of my kids have restraining orders [against me].”

A source close to Lindsay told Access earlier on Friday that Lindsay was considering getting an order of protection against her father – which the source claims sister Ali, and mom Dina, already have in place as well.

In denying the report, Michael called out people in Lindsay’s camp as “most likely” responsible for the story.

“Are all the eyewitness accounts, the text message and the recordings I have false?” he said. “If anyone, Lindsay needs restraining orders from Samantha, the people enabling her and leading her down this dark path and who are destroying her life, her career and causing her harm.”

LiLo has repeatedly made pleas through the press for her father to stop commenting on herself and gal pal Samantha Ronson, most recently via an e-mail to the New York Post.

“My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood,” she wrote in an e-mail delivered by her rep.

And after this, Michael may be taking his daughter’s advice to heart.

“…I am going to sit back and let GOD do His work,” he told Access on Friday.
