Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and wife Cynthia have settled their multimillion-dollar divorce case, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.
“Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings,” the player’s lawyer, Alan Kluger, said on the newspaper’s Web site.
“They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation. This was and remains a personal family matter for both of them.”

The friend tells Access that the couple has had a number of unspecified issues, which could not be resolved and although Cynthia may have been the one to file, Alex feels it’s best if they both separate and get on with their lives.
