LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
A host of stars have stepped out in Berlin, Germany on Thursday night for the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards.
Katy Perry has returned again as host of the show, which she first captained last year, when the event was held in Liverpool.
The singer and current love interest of MTV’s U.S. Music Awards host Russell Brand, has already sported two outfits at the event, which is currently taking place – a pink embellished dress on the red carpet, and a corset-style number with knee high boots as she performed for the show’s opening.
Other stars at the event include The Jonas Brothers, Green Day, Foo Fighters, “Hills” star Brody Jenner, Jesse Metcalfe, Tokio Hotel, Shakira and Juliette Lewis.
Beyonce also made a splash on the red carpet in a reflective pink, fitted dress.
