LOS ANGELES, Calif.
A judge is dismissing a civil lawsuit filed against a Black Eyed Peas manager who punched blogger Perez Hilton in a nightclub last year.
Attorneys for Hilton and Peas’ manager Liborio Molina announced in court Tuesday they had reached a settlement agreement. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John S. Wiley agreed to dismiss the case but retained jurisdiction in case the settlement falls apart.

A judge in Colorado has modified a restraining order against Charlie Sheen, which prohibited the actor from contacting his wife, Brooke Mueller, in an Aspen court on Monday, Access Hollywood has learned. Moreover, the actor was formally charged with a felony and two misdemeanors.

LOS ANGELES, Calif.
Michael Jackson’s personal physician pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter Monday, setting the stage for a sensational celebrity courtroom drama as prosecutors attempt to prove Dr. Conrad Murray caused the pop star’s death.
Some two hours after prosecutors filed the single felony count, the six-foot-five Murray arrived in court in a grey suit to enter his plea. As he did, several members of Jackson’s family looked on.
Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz set bail at $75,000, three times more than most people charged with involuntary manslaughter face. Prosecutors had been seeking $300,000 bail for Murray, who was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies but not handcuffed.

Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson is inside the courtroom at the Airport courthouse near the Los Angeles International Airport in LA where Michael Jackson’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been charged with manslaughter.
2:28 PM: Judge tells Dr. Murray he can practice medicine anywhere in the U.S. that he is licensed to practice…. But he can’t administer anesthesia.
2:17 PM: Got tense. Dr. can prescribe pain medications but no anesthesia.

Former child television star Gary Coleman pleaded guilty Monday to a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge related to a domestic violence incident last April.
In a deal with the prosecutor, Coleman entered the plea in Santaquin Justice Court on his 42nd birthday.
