Patrick Dempsey is heading to “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.”
This weekend, the Marshall family, one of the families set to appear on an upcoming episode of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” will travel to Maine, to meet the “Grey’s Anatomy” star as he hosts the Dempsey Challenge. The Dempsey Challenge raises funds for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center, which assists cancer patients and caregivers with support and education.

“High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale pays a visit to a deserving family in this Sunday’s episode of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” The teen (and tween) favorite is the next celebrity to take part in the show’s “Get On The Bus” program, for which stars volunteer to take part in the home building process.

There’s no suspense for producers of 12 ABC prime-time series. The network on Thursday renewed them for next fall’s schedule.
Most are no surprises. They include “Dancing With the Stars,” '‘Desperate Housewives,” '‘Grey’s Anatomy” and “Lost.” There were some thoughts that “Ugly Betty” was on the bubble, but it’s on for another season.

But now, the “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” host is asking for the public’s help in catching a hit-and-run driver.
Pennington has offered a $10,000 reward for anyone who has information about a hit-and-run accident, which left the cousin of the star’s co-manager on life support.
