STUDIO CITY, Calif. --

Most 19-year-olds move out of their parents’ house into a college dorm or possibly an apartment with roommates — but not if you’re “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens — she just bought her first home for $2,750,000.

In a real estate purchase that even Sharpay would approve of, Vanessa bought an old-world Tuscan style home in Studio City, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reports.

The house, which reportedly includes a city lights view, has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms in its sprawling 5,200 square feet.

Vanessa will have no problem working on her tan at her Pebble Tec pool and spa, that includes tropical waterfalls.

In addition to pool time, Vanessa can entertain her “HSM” pals at the home’s cabana and barbecue island.

And in two years, when Vanessa turns the legal drinking age, she will be able to enjoy the wine cellar, complete with glass doors and Mexican wrought iron.

In making her impressive new purchase, it appears Vanessa benefited from the current housing slump. The two-story home was on the market for almost a year and was recently listed at $3,299,000.
