LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Jennifer Aniston’s recent slew of break-ups and dating endeavors might have played out in the headlines of tabloids and gossip mags – but she’d like everyone to know that she’s no “Lonely Girl.”
In an interview with E! Online’s Ben Lyons for the “Daily 10” airing tonight, the actress expressed her frustration with Elle magazine’s headline choice for her spread in the September issue.
“It’s just their headline of ‘Lonely Girl’ that’s sort of bulls***,” Jen said. “I agreed to do it because how many times have I done an interview – every time – and you’re misquoted and stupid sound bites get taken out of context and all of that…still happened with this. It’s unavoidable.”
Despite the mislabeling, Jen said staying positive about the Elle interview, which was conducted by her close friend and producing partner, Kristin Hahn.
“I’m not upset about it,” she continued. “I just find it funny.”
