Jay Leno has dodged disciplinary action after being accused of breaking union rules last year.
On Tuesday, the Writers Guild of America, West sent an e-mail to members listing those found guilty of breaking ranks during a 100-day writers strike that ended in February of last year.

The comedy, starring Jason Lee as a lifelong loser trying to fix his life in zany ways, ran for four seasons on NBC. Since the network canceled it last month, Twentieth Century Fox Television had tried to sell the series elsewhere as fans begged for its rescue.

“Slumdog Millionaire” lived up to its underdog theme at Sunday’s Golden Globes, sweeping all four of its categories, including best drama and director for Danny Boyle.
Kate Winslet won two Globes all on her own, best dramatic actress for “Revolutionary Road” and supporting actress for “The Reader.”
Meanwhile, “30 Rock” nets wins for Best Comedy Series, as well as awards for stars Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey.

The Catholic school drama “Doubt” led contenders Thursday for the Screen Actors Guild Awards with five nominations, including honors for Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams and Viola Davis.
The late Heath Ledger also earned a supporting-actor nomination, whose maniacal turn as the Joker in “The Dark Knight” has made him an Academy Awards front-runner. The Batman blockbuster also had a nomination for best stunt ensemble.

Delivering a rebuke to the leadership of the Screen Actors Guild, more than 130 actors signed a letter urging their colleagues to reject a strike-authorization vote in January.
“We don’t think that an authorization can be looked at as merely a bargaining tool,” said the letter, signed by “Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria Parker, “Spider-Man” star Tobey Maguire, and others. “It must be looked at as what it is — an agreement to strike if negotiations fail.”
