The oldest of three siblings, Victoria Adams was born in to an extremely wealthy family in Hertfordshire, England. In fact, she used to hate being driven to school in her father’s Rolls Royce. She never felt like she fit in with the other kids in school so she spent much of her time studying ballet. Her substantial talent at dance would serve her well in her future international singing career as part of the mega-group The Spice Girls.

In 1993 she answered a splashy ad looking for girls who could sing and dance. Even though singing had never been her greatest strength, she beat out hundreds of other girls for the part in the budding girl group. In 1995, the then re-named Spice Girls were signed by Virgin Records and Posh Spice, as Victoria came to be known, took the U.K., and later the U.S., by storm. Although The Spice Girls were a flash in the pan in the mid-90’s, Victoria set her fancy on the ultra-hot football player from Manchester United, David Beckham. Together, Posh and Becks, created an international celeb-sensation supercouple.

Now married with three children, Victoria Beckham lives in Los Angeles with David and is currently in the middle of a Spice Girl reunion tour. She has also become a fashion muse for several top-level designers, including Marc Jacobs and Karl Lagerfeld.
